Day 5 – 7th August 2015
Its Friday morning and I woke up tired so went back to sleep.
Oats and Maxine’s Strawberry PP for breaky.
Almonds and an apple for morning tea.
Chicken strips and salad with yogurt for lunch.
Protein drink for arvo snack and a Beef mince and mash for dinner. This dinner was eaten rather late and I didn’t prepare my food yesterday.
It’s Saturday tomorrow folks 🙂
