I was all geared up for an early Gym session but an interrupted sleep and what ever this bug is a have picked up put a stop to that.
Breakfast of 50g of oats, liquid egg whites (1/2 cup) and Maxine’s Strawberry PP cooked in the microwave was delicious.
Off to the gym and had my first weight session in 8 weeks. I did a 6 minute treadmill HIIT session to warm up and off to the MAN CAVE. There were only 3 of us there and the rest were doing cardio.

Day 2 30.7.13
Over and done with, fell short on my calories as I forgot to have my rice again.
Rode my Dressage mare in the morning and had a good physical workout, then I drive home, unloaded the float, showered and headed straight off to the gym for my massage then ate lunch in the car then back in for my LEG workout.
I haven’t been really hungry so far but also think thats because I have lept busy.
I have added a breakdown of my Carbs Fats and Protein I have consumed today. LOVELY PROTEIN 🙂
