Maxine’s 9th August

Day 7

I was all geared up for an early Gym session but an interrupted sleep and what ever this bug is a have picked up put a stop to that.
Breakfast of 50g of oats, liquid egg whites (1/2 cup) and Maxine’s Strawberry PP cooked in the microwave was delicious.
Off to the gym and had my first weight session in 8 weeks. I did a 6 minute treadmill HIIT session to warm up and off to the MAN CAVE. There were only 3 of us there and the rest were doing cardio.

Day 5 – 7th August 2015

Its Friday morning and I woke up tired so went back to sleep.

Oats and Maxine’s Strawberry PP for breaky.
Almonds and an apple for morning tea.
Chicken strips and salad with yogurt for lunch.
Protein drink for arvo snack and a Beef mince and mash for dinner. This dinner was eaten rather late and I didn’t prepare my food yesterday.

It’s Saturday tomorrow folks 🙂

Day 3 – 5th August 2015

My day didn’t go as planned but my diet was 95% on track. A bit of a hiccup on a missed snack but did manage to catch up a bit later in the day.

No exercise but I think at this stage my diet is a better option.

Maxine’s 2nd August – The Start

Day 2

Oats for breaky with my Maxines Strawberry.

Even after all the Challenges its my favourite protein powder 🙂

This is my fourth challenge and I am much better prepared mentally and food wise this time, cutting up enough vegies for a few days and putting them in containers in the fridge. Slow cooked chicken stored in containers and ready to go. Boiled eggs done in the fridge plus left over meals to go.

I haven’t done any training so far as home jobs take presedent at the moment but I have what I need here and after a great purchase of a treadmill for $100 “AND IT WORKS” was the best buy yet.

Waiting for Kim Myers to set up the Challenge Group plus I’m still a member of the Facebook page for us which is great, it helps keep us going when you see what the others are doing!

The Beginning

Day 2  30.7.13

Over and done with, fell short on my calories as I forgot to have my rice again.

Rode my Dressage mare in the morning and had a good physical workout, then I drive home, unloaded the float, showered and headed straight off to the gym for my massage then ate lunch in the car then back in for my LEG workout.

I haven’t been really hungry so far but also think thats because I have lept busy.

I have added a breakdown of my Carbs Fats and Protein I have consumed today. LOVELY PROTEIN 🙂
